• Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order/service request.
• Once the service has been initiated or processed, cancellations may not be possible.
• Certain services may have specific cancellation terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
• Orders placed using promotional codes or discounts may be subject to special cancellation conditions.
• Any cancellation request after the stipulated period may incur administrative or processing fees.
• Cancellations are only valid when confirmed by our team in writing via email.
• Refunds are issued only in cases where services have not been delivered or an error occurs on our part.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds are applicable for successfully completed and delivered services.
• Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by incomplete information or documents provided by the customer.
• In case of partial completion of service, refunds will be proportionate to the undelivered portion only.
• Transaction or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
